The company seeks a record $75 billion raise at a $1.75 trillion valuation amid strong demand for its Starlink satellite network and orbital infrastructure plans, including potential space-based AI data centers. Leadership dynamics favor prominent representation from CEO Elon Musk alongside COO Gwynne Shotwell and core engineering executives, consistent with historical IPO precedents where founders and operational heads highlight technical milestones.
