Michigan Wolverines (36.4%) follow with momentum from trending for multiple four-star 2027 prospects amid Big Ten title aspirations. Notre Dame (33%) and Ohio State (29.5%) benefit from elite early recruiting hauls and historical CFP success, while Indiana (22%) and Texas Tech (19%) have surged on dominant 2026 transfer portal classes—Indiana No. 1, Texas Tech No. 2 nationally—and top-three 2027 high school rankings per On3 and Rivals as of late April, elevating underdogs amid NIL-driven roster builds.
