Ava Hrastar and Emma Jackson meet in the round of 32 at the ITF W35 Decatur on outdoor hard courts, with both players transitioning from strong college careers into professional ITF events. Hrastar enters with recent wins in lower-level W15 tournaments and a 2026 singles record near 10-6, showing consistency on hard surfaces. Jackson brings a deeper 18-8 mark this year, All-ACC honors from Duke, and experience against higher competition, though her recent ITF results include mixed outcomes. No confirmed injuries or withdrawals affect either side, and the hard-court conditions favor baseline rallies where both have posted solid results. The matchup hinges on which player maintains serve and converts break opportunities under the fast conditions.
