Keaton Hance enters this Roland Garros Juniors boys' second-round match as the clear favorite, holding the No. 6 ITF junior ranking compared to Pedro Henrique Chabalgoity's No. 38. The American, who captured the 2025 US Open boys' doubles title and reached a career-high ATP ranking of 888 earlier this year, brings stronger recent junior results and experience on the Parisian clay. Chabalgoity, an 18-year-old Brazilian with a lower ATP standing near 2,100, advanced from the first round but faces a significant step up in competition. Both players are the same age, making Hance's superior junior pedigree and head-to-head edge the primary drivers of current market positioning on this surface.
