Kuaishou Gaming enters the June 17 Best-of-5 as defending KPL Spring 2026 champions after sweeping Wolves 4-0 in the grand final, establishing strong recent momentum and roster cohesion in high-stakes series. Wolves, who finished runner-up in the Spring split, carry positive momentum from their May 2026 Honor of Kings Challenger Cup title win over AG Super Play, highlighting improved map control and adaptability. The matchup pits KSG's proven playoff execution against Wolves' consistent regular-season form and head-to-head history in the King Pro League. Early Summer 2026 Stage 1 positioning in Group 3 adds schedule context, with both teams managing fresh rosters and patch adjustments typical at the start of a split. Trader consensus reflects KSG's title defense edge while acknowledging Wolves' upset potential in a BO5 format.
