Trader consensus prices Yidi Wang at 50% implied probability in this closely contested WTT Women's Singles matchup against Yi-Tien Yeh, balancing Wang's superior world No. 8 ranking and recent 3-0 straight-sets win over Yeh at ITTF World Cup Macao 2026 against Yeh's surging form highlighted by a 3-1 upset over top-ranked Shin Yubin during Stage 1 of the ITTF World Team Table Tennis Championships Finals London 2026 last week. Wang's vulnerability showed in a 4-0 quarterfinal loss to Sabine Winter at that World Cup event, underscoring upset potential for the No. 45-ranked Yeh, who has advanced deep in recent WTT Contender and Feeder draws. Momentum from team event performances or minor fitness updates could shift odds, though no injuries are reported.
