Trader consensus on Polymarket prices China's women's singles player at a razor-thin 50.5% implied probability against Sweden in this ITTF World Team Table Tennis Championships Finals London 2026 knockout matchup, underscoring a fiercely competitive rubber amid Sweden's breakout momentum. Sweden's women advanced past Kazakhstan 3-1 after a flawless group stage, with Cristina Kallberg showcasing sharp forehand loops and defensive resilience, while China rotated depth players like Chen Xingtong or Qian Tianyi post their group-topping wins, potentially leveling rankings disparity. Yesterday's seismic 3-2 men's team upset—Sweden's first over China since 2000—has galvanized the squad, but China's technical superiority and historical dominance in team singles could tip odds if top-tier spin variations dominate; lineup confirmations or warm-up form may shift sentiment further.
