The resolution source for this market will be official information from the NHL; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The Stanley Cup Finals present a tightly contested race for the player recording the most goals in a single game, with trader consensus clustering nearly every listed skater—including Mitch Marner, Jack Eichel, and the broader field—around 50% implied probability. This even distribution reflects the inherent variability of playoff hockey, where a multi-goal outburst hinges on line chemistry, power-play deployment, goaltender matchups, and shifting game scripts more than regular-season scoring ranks. Recent conference-final performances from both participating clubs demonstrated how depth forwards and top-line talent can produce sudden offensive spikes, leaving no clear frontrunner. Historical patterns in prior Finals further underscore that such single-game highs frequently emerge from unexpected sources amid the series’ physical intensity and evolving adjustments.
