Napoli commands a 70% implied probability for Serie A second place after extending its two-point lead over AC Milan to 69-67 points following Matchday 34, where Napoli demolished Cremonese 4-0 while Milan played out a goalless draw against Juventus in a key head-to-head. With four matches remaining, Napoli's recent form (W-L-D-W-W) and position in the table give traders confidence despite a testing run-in including away trips to Como and Pisa, home clashes with Bologna and Udinese. AC Milan's 26% reflects its competitive standing and superior goal difference (+21 vs. Napoli's +19), but recent inconsistency (D-W-L-L-W) tempers expectations. Juventus trails at five points back with the easiest remaining fixtures (Verona, Lecce, Fiorentina, Torino), fueling its 10.5% chance amid the tight Champions League race behind runaway leaders Inter.

In the event of a tie, this market will resolve to the team officially recognized by Serie A as finishing in second place. If multiple teams are officially awarded second place, the market will resolve to the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish 2nd in the 2025-2026 Serie A season (e.g. they are mathematically unable to achieve enough points), the market will resolve to "No".
If the 2025-2026 Serie A season is cancelled, postponed after May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 2nd place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from Serie A. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
