Miami Heat and Boston Celtics lead Giannis Antetokounmpo trade markets at 45% and 36% respectively, driven by reports that the Bucks intend to finalize a deal before the June 23, 2026 NBA Draft to acquire first-round picks in a loaded class. Antetokounmpo, eligible for a four-year, $275 million extension starting October 1, has signaled preference for Eastern Conference destinations, with Miami viewed as the apparent leader amid mutual interest and a package centered on Tyler Herro, Kel’el Ware, and multiple firsts. Boston emerges as the primary rival, reportedly shopping assets including Jaylen Brown while offering superior title contention and extension security. Milwaukee retains only single-digit odds as the Bucks field calls but face pressure to move the two-time MVP amid roster stagnation. Lower-probability teams such as the Warriors and Pistons lack confirmed momentum or Antetokounmpo’s buy-in.
