The Esports World Cup 2026 League of Legends APAC Qualifier pits all eight LCP teams in a double-elimination bracket from May 5-20, awarding the second APAC main stage slot alongside the LCP Split 2 playoffs champion. Roster locks on April 30 stabilized lineups, removing transfer portal uncertainty. In LCP Split 2 Week 4, Team Secret Whales clinched playoffs first with a perfect record, showcasing dominant macro and adaptable comps in a versatile meta, while SoftBank HAWKS gaming, GAM Esports, and CTBC Flying Oyster notched 3-1 weeks to stay in contention. Split 1 seeding favors Secret Whales' prior grand final sweep, but head-to-head history and bracket upsets heighten risks for closely contested trader consensus on frontrunners.
