Arsenal's commanding 3-0 home win over Fulham on May 2 has propelled them six points clear atop the Premier League table after 35 matches, with a superior +38 goal difference and 67 goals scored compared to Manchester City's 70 points from 33 games, driving trader consensus to price the Gunners at 62.5% implied probability to claim the title versus City's 38.5%. This recent result flipped pressure back onto Pep Guardiola's side following their 2-1 victory over Arsenal on April 19, amid both teams grappling with key absences—Arsenal without Kai Havertz and Jurrien Timber, doubts over Martin Odegaard, while City misses Rodri to a calf injury. With five matches remaining, Arsenal's momentum and healthier run-in, including home advantages, underpin the market's tilt despite City's potential game in hand and historical dominance in tight title races.
