Arsenal hold a slim three-point lead atop the Premier League table with 73 points from 34 matches (22 wins, 7 draws, 5 losses, +38 goal difference), while Manchester City sit on 70 points from 33 games (21-7-5, +37 GD) and possess a crucial game in hand that could vault them ahead. City's pivotal 2-1 victory over Arsenal on April 19 propelled them back into contention, erasing a larger deficit and boosting trader confidence in Pep Guardiola's squad depth and late-season form. Arsenal countered with a gritty 1-0 win at Newcastle on April 25, maintaining their edge amid a fiercely contested run-in featuring tricky fixtures for both, head-to-head history, and identical win-loss records adjusted for games played, keeping implied probabilities tightly bunched in this two-horse title race.
