In the ATP Challenger Jiujiang round of 16 on outdoor hard courts, No. 6 seed Alex Bolt (ATP 147) faces qualifier Giles Hussey (ATP 347), with traders leaning toward Bolt's experience and ranking edge shaping sentiment. Both advanced from the round of 32 in the past 48 hours: Bolt dispatched wildcard Aoran Wang 6-3, 7-6(2) in a competitive straight-sets win, while Hussey rallied past protected-ranked Jason Jung 6-2, 3-6, 6-3 after dropping the second set. Their head-to-head stands at 1-1, including Hussey's three-set hard-court victory over Bolt in Lexington last summer. No reported injuries or withdrawals; Bolt's stronger recent Challenger form provides the key differential, though Hussey's lefty game and resilience offer upset potential.
