In the ATP Challenger Cordoba on clay, Andrea Collarini (world No. 268) holds a clear edge over Juan Estevez (No. 401) entering their first-round clash, bolstered by a perfect 2-0 head-to-head record on the surface—including straight-sets wins in February's Cordoba R16 and November 2025 Lima Challenger qualifying. The 34-year-old left-hander's experience contrasts with 20-year-old Estevez's youth, though the latter arrives with fresh momentum from a semifinal run in singles and doubles final at last week's ITF M25 Villa Maria on nearby clay courts. No injuries reported; mild May conditions in Cordoba favor baseline grinders, with trader sentiment reflecting Collarini's consistency against Estevez's upset potential via home-crowd energy.
