Punjab Kings lead the IPL 2026 points table with 13 points from eight matches, including six wins and a strong +1.043 net run rate, fueling trader consensus at 28.5% implied probability amid a tightly contested top-four race for playoffs qualification. Royal Challengers Bengaluru hold second despite a recent four-wicket loss to Gujarat Titans, while Sunrisers Hyderabad's victory over Rajasthan Royals and Punjab's thrilling six-wicket chase against Hyderabad in a 223-run thriller underscore the momentum swings keeping odds bunched between 16-21%. With the league stage halfway through 14 matches per team, consistent bowling from Punjab's retained Arshdeep Singh and Harpreet Brar, alongside balanced squads from the 2025 mega auction, maintain competitive dynamics as net run rates and head-to-head results loom large for Qualifier spots.
