Trader consensus favors Cameron Young at 34% implied probability to win the Cadillac Championship at Trump National Doral after his bogey-free 8-under 64 in Round 1, powered by a hot putter with big birdie conversions that vaulted him one stroke ahead of Jordan Spieth and Alex Smalley, both at 7-under. Spieth's 65 marks his best opening round since 2023 and recent resurgence, boosting him to 11.5%, while pre-tournament favorite Scottie Scheffler sits at 10.5% following a steadier but less explosive start paired with Young. The Blue Monster's demanding length and Bermuda greens reward tee-to-green precision, where Young's strong strokes gained metrics and Doral history align with the wisdom of crowds, amid a field thinned by absences like Rory McIlroy.
